yum.

Here are some recipes that I would like to try out during the winter and holiday season.

Tomato and Herb Dumpling Soup

I will make this when we finally get our first substantial snow in the city. It’s been dumping in the mountains and we haven’t had much more than a dusting or two.

(vegan) White/Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

An alternative to my famous fudge I make during the holidays for my animal product-free friends.

Parmesan Black Pepper Biscotti

The anti-candy. I would like to try a savory treat to give to friends and family this year or to bring to holiday parties.

Bread Pudding Pancakes

James will actually makes these. He makes the best pancakes, ever. We’re going to have these for our mock Christmas morning on the 23rd. On Christmas we’ll be swimming in the ocean, but I’m a glutton for Holiday traditions. I get so much joy out stuffing a stocking for James, so we will exchange stockings and make a yummy Festivus breakfast, which actually falls on December 23rd. We’ll be listening to the Christmas station on Pandora and sipping on these…

Homemade Gingerbread Latte

Beyond excited to have one more work of week before two weeks off.
